Consider approval of Resolution 2023-176R, approving an extension through March 31, 2024, of the State Use Contract with Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc., through TIBH Industries, Inc., for the provision of janitorial services in the not-to-exceed amount of $682,859.00; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents necessary to implement the extension on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
