Consider approval of Resolution 2023-78R, approving the allocation of up to $248,881.00 from the City’s General Fund (formerly CRF) and allocating up to $446,071.00 in funds received by the City of San Marcos under the American Rescue Plan to support the recovery of the community; and declaring an effective date.
