Consider approval of Resolution 2023-170R, approving a Change in Service No. 2 to the agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to add final design, bidding and construction phase engineering services for the Hopkins Street/Guadalupe Street intersection improvements project in the amount of $66,265.50; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.
