Consider approval of Resolution 2022-28R, approving the appointment of Margaret Salinas as the Local Registrar in accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code Section 191.022(b) in place of the City Clerk and approving the appointment of Elizabeth Trevino as Deputy Local Registrar in accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code Section 191.022(c); and declaring an effective date.
