Consider approval of Resolution 2023-114R, approving the award of a construction contract to EVT Construction for the Blanco Vista Waterline project in the amount of $511,505.06; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents related to this contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
