Consider approval of Resolution 2023-178R, approving an agreement with the Estate of Eleanor Tuttle Cates providing for the City to purchase approximately 6.982 acres of land in the vicinity West of the intersection of Hunter Road and Dixon Street, for a price of $650,000.00, together with associated closing costs, in connection with the Purgatory Creek Phase 2 improvements projects; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement and associated closing documents on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
