Consider approval of Resolution 2021-237R, authorizing a Change in Service to the agreement with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. for the provision of design, bidding, and construction phase services associated with the Comanche Pump Station Improvements Project in the not-to-exceed amount of $214,815.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the documents necessary to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
