Consider approval of Ordinance 2022-48, on the second of two readings, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City in Case No. ZC-22-21 by rezoning approximately 50.38 acres of land located at Harris Hill Road and Opportunity Boulevard from “FD” Future Development District to “CM” Commercial District, or, subject to the consent of the owner, another less intense zoning classification; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date.
