Do we need these to make a decision on this agenda item? The comment that was still visible was not for council review- it was a resolved issue between our legal departments regarding term limits. It has been removed now.
In 6.1 Scheduling Coordinators, it states "the District" will serve as the scheduling office. Who in "the District" - which department or job title? I suggest we insert this into the document.
Calling "the District" and trying to get an answer has been a frustrating experience when I have called on different topics over the years.
For us, it's clearly the Parks Dept. No changes needed there. After consulting the school district, they provided that it should be the Director of Maintenance and Construction, or their designee. I have added this into the document under 6.1
