Consider approval of Resolution 2023-64R, approving an agreement for the provision of services in connection with the proposed owner requested annexation in Case No. AN-23-07 of approximately 3.278 acres (called 2.699 acres) of land out of the T. H. W Forsith Survey, Abstract No. 173, being all of Lot 14, Section 2, Country Estates, in Hays County, Texas, along with the adjacent county right of way, generally located at 722 Palomino Lane, authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; setting a date for a Public Hearing concerning the proposed annexation of said tract of land; and declaring an effective date.
