Consider approval of Resolution 2022-45R, approving an agreement with Freeit Data Solutions for a five-year term through the Texas Department of Information Resource Cooperative Purchasing Program in the estimated amount of $152,164.84 for the purchase of a Backup Solutions subscription to include annual maintenance; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
