Consider approval of Resolution 2023-142R, approving a release of easement and quitclaim deed of city property under the terms of an Easement Exchange Agreement with JMC Realty, LP, a Texas limited partnership; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute documents pursuant to this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

Please provide language for an amendment so the general (or specific) location can be inserted into either the caption or Parts 1-3. There is nothing I can find in the resolution or the exchange letter agreement to specify a location. I don't think one should have to look at the survey to find the location.
This is for the City Attorney or Engineering or anyone who can provide the information.

Consider approval of Resolution 2023-142R, approving a release of easement and quitclaim deed of city property located southwest of Posey Road between IH-35 and Spiny Lizard Lane under the terms of an Easement Exchange Agreement with JMC Realty, LP, a Texas limited partnership; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute documents pursuant to this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
