Consider approval of Resolution 2023-192R, approving a funding agreement with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District in the amount of $125,000.00 from American Rescue Plan funds for the purpose of establishing a Parenting Partners Program which will support the recovery of the Community from COVID-19; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
