Consider approval of Resolution 2023-87R, authorizing Change in Services to agreements between the City and Atrium Real Estate Services, BBG, Inc., and the AEGIS Group, Inc. for the provision of additional on-call professional appraisal services in connection with the City’s real estate projects; increasing the original contract amounts in each agreement from $100,000.00 to $300,000; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the Changes in Services; and declaring an effective date.
