Consider approval of Ordinance 2022‑90, on the second of two readings, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City in Case ZC‑22‑34, by rezoning approximately 8.8 acres, more or less, out of the Sienna Pointe Subdivision, Lot 2, located at 221 E. McCarty Ln, from General Commercial (GC), Multifamily MF‑12, and Multifamily MF‑18 to Character District 5 (CD‑5), or, subject to consent of the owner, another less intense zoning district classification, including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date.
