Consider approval of Ordinance 2021-55, on the second of two readings, amending Section 30.029 of the San Marcos City Code to authorize the assessment of a Service Fee to the holder of an alarm permit for each city response to a false alarm in excess of three false alarms, instead of six, within any 12-month period; and providing an effective date.
