Consider approval of Resolution 2023-158R, approving a contract with Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc., through the Texas Buyboard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase of pool chemicals and maintenance of city pools and splash pad in the annual amount of $60,000.00, with two (2) one-year extensions, for a total contract price of $180,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute any documents associated with the agreement and the renewals on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
