Consider approval of Resolution 2023-194R, authorizing an increase in the Job Analyses and Compensation Study Contract with JER HR Group, LLC, in an amount up to $60,000.00 over the next five years for additional job classification analyses and job compensation studies; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate contract documents to implement the increase; and declaring an effective date.
