Consider approval of Resolution 2022-76R, approving a list of qualified firms to provide professional architectural services to the city on an as-needed basis for a period of six years; and declaring an effective date.
What is the difference in this list of 6 and the list of 2 in item 9? All 8 were on the "short list" for item 8.
I see the terms of the services is different. Why?

Responses provided by Lynda Williams, Purchasing Manager: Additionally, the qualified list of architectural firms is intended for use by the City for specific projects based on the firm’s particular expertise. For example, if a need for a fire station arises, then likely an architect on the qualified list with specific fire station expertise can be selected. Also for example, if a historic building requires architect services, then an architect with specific historic building expertise can be selected. This qualified list is for as-needed use by the City as projects arise. The “project specific” agreement will be awarded by Council if over $50,000.
