Consider approval of Resolution 2024-13R, authorizing a Change Order No. 5 to the construction contract with Austin Underground, Inc., relating to the Sessom Drainage and Street Improvements Project, increasing the contract price by $472,771.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change Order on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
