Consider approval of Resolution 2023 204R, approving an agreement with ARA Properties II, a Texas General Partnership, for the city to purchase a 0.069 acre utility easement in the vicinity of the intersection of State Highway 123 and De Zavala Drive, for $69,206.00 plus closing costs for the State Highway 123/De Zavala Intersection Improvements Project; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute closing documents pursuant to this agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

Page 236 shows a red line for the border of the project location but has no background for my computer. I got that "out of memory" error prior.

Page 236 is the location map for the item before Resolution 2023-204R. It’s a project location map of the Linda Drive Improvements on item Resolution 2023-203R. I am re-attaching for your use.
