Consider approval of Resolution 2022-48R, awarding a contract to Heat Transfer Solutions, Inc. through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase of air purifiers for the San Marcos Activity Center in the amount of $162,979.09 to be paid with American Rescue Plan funds; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date.
