Consider approval of Resolution 2023-07R, approving an agreement with Environmental Services Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), through the Texas Department of Information Resources Cooperative for the ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program in the amount of $99,440.25 for a term of one year, with the option for three one year renewals; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
