Consider approval of Resolution 2023-127R, authorizing a Change in Service to the professional services agreement with Garver, LLC related to the Taxiway Alpha Reconstruction Project in the amount of $424,500.00 to provide engineering services for the construction phase; authorizing the City Manager or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
