Consider approval of Resolution 2023-128R, approving an On-Call Survey Services agreement with Byrn & Associates, Inc. as amended by a Change in Service to provide for an expenditure amount up to $543,000.00 and an extension of term by one year; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
