Response to Mayor Hughson, provided by Allison Snyder of P3-Works:
No change to the Assessment as levied by the Assessment Ordinance and shown in the original Service and Assessment Plan. This the is regularly scheduled annual update to the Service and Assessment Plan that includes the updated Assessment Roll for billing the annual installment of the Assessment due 1/31/2022. This update does incorporate two residential plats that were recorded in 2020 and reallocates the assessment to these newly created properties within in the district per the terms set forth in the original Service and Assessment Plan, again no change in the overall assessment, only reallocation for the current composition of the district. This update also incorporates a large prepayment that occurred on 2/12/2021 that resulted in the redemption of bonds in the amount of $1,905,000 per the terms in the original Service and Assessment Plan and the Indenture of Trust.
