Consider approval of Resolution 2021-152R, approving the 2021 Annual Service Plan Update for the Trace Public Improvement District; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said document on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

Response to Mayor Hughson, provided by Allison Snyder of P3-Works:
No change to the Assessment as levied by the Assessment Ordinance and shown in the original Service and Assessment Plan. This is the regularly scheduled annual update to the Service and Assessment Plan that includes the updated Assessment Roll for the billing of the annual installment of the Assessment due 1/31/2022. This update incorporates one residential plat and two commercial plats and reallocates the assessment to these newly created properties within in the district per the terms set forth in the original Service and Assessment Plan. This update also incorporates one residential lot prepayment.
