Consider approval of Resolution 2023 165R, approving a Regional Law Enforcement Academy (RLEA) agreement with the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) related to CAPCOG’s use of the city drive track and shooting range; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
