Consider approval of Resolution 2023-129R, approving an Interlocal Agreement with the New Braunfels Utilities to enable the City to utilize OPIN, LLC, dba American FR and Safety for goods and services under contract as procured by New Braunfels Utilities; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring effective date.
