Item 12: Enterprise Audio and Visual Systems

Consider approval of Resolution 2023-130R, approving a contract with NWN Corporation, through the Choicepartners Purchasing Cooperative, for enterprise audio and visual systems and related services for an estimated cost of $408,231.87 over a term of five years; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

If anything on this contract is for replacing the monitors in the big conference room may I ask that they be moved UP on the walls so we can see more of the content over people's heads across the table? Maybe it's item QB65B?
It's my understanding that this was the original specification but the job didn't get done that way.

The SOW does not include replacing/moving TVs in the City Hall Conference room. There is roughly 12 inches between the top of the TVs and the fur down.
