Hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2024-53, creating a designated permit area under Section 82.189 of the San Marcos City Code authorizing parking by permit only from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. during weekends and public holidays for the area consisting of the both sides of the 200 and 300 block of Riverside Drive from Riviera Drive to Cheatham Street; amending the traffic register to reflect such designated permit area; including procedural provisions; and declaring an effective date; and consider approval of Ordinance 2024-53, on the first of two readings.
