Consider approval of Resolution 2022-51R, approving the partial release of an approximately 0.001 acre or 36 square foot portion of a water and wastewater easement in the 1900 block of Dutton Drive; such portion of the easement being no longer necessary; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the partial release of easement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
