Consider approval of Resolution 2021-172R, approving a one-year renewal to the agreement with GOW Media, LLC relating to Digital Advertisement for used by the San Marcos Convention and Visitor Bureau to promote tourism in an annual amount of $12,000 and authorizing two additional one-year renewals for a total contract amount of $80,745; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
