Consider approval of Resolution 2023 209R, approving the award of a construction contract to Teal Arrow LLC., for Guardrail Construction and Maintenance Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for the Public Works Department in an annual amount not to exceed $75,000.00 on an as needed basis for one year with the option for two one year renewals; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
