Consider approval of Resolution 2023-131R, authorizing a Change in Service to the Interlocal Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) to replace forty (40) mobile radios in the amount of $120,721.49; authorizing the City Manager or her designee, to execute the documents necessary to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.
