Consider approval of Resolution 2022-192R, approving a contract with Reeder Distributors, Inc., through the Texas BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase of Stertil-Koni Lifts for the Fleet Services Division in the amount of $73,160.00, plus a 10% contingency not to exceed $7,316.00 for potential manufacturer’s price escalation; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
