With legal recommendation, at this time the request is approve the street names. The working group will collaborate with Planning and Development for input on the formal written process and bring this to back to Council.

Staff recognizes that a written policy and written process are needed because there may come a time for naming the remaining unnamed alleys. No such policy nor process exist, and no firm decisions have been made for how those documents will be written. Should Council, as a body, desire to provide direction for a policy, we welcome the Council direction provided at the time this item is discussed or through a future Council agenda item.
