Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑233R, approving a Change in Service to the agreement with SHI Government Solutions, Inc, through the Texas Department of Information Resources Cooperative Purchasing Program, to renew software licenses for PrinterLogic Software in the estimated annual amount of $14,937.50 for a total contract amount of $57,064.27.00; authorizing three additional one‑year extensions; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
