Consider approval of Resolution 2023-186R, awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Westhill Paving, Inc., for the provision of utility cut patching in an annual amount not to exceed $1,079,985.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
