Consider approval of Resolution 2024-19R, approving a multiple use agreement with the State of Texas Department of Transportation for the installation of automated license plate reader cameras along state rights-of-way; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

which seems to indicate the control number is needed AND Exhibits A/B. However, there are no exhibits attached. I see EXHIBIT E in the middle of the last page.

This was left blank intentionally, as we will be working with TxDOT to determine the latitude and longitude of these cameras, and their ability to be moved to meet the needs of crime prevention.
