Item 14: Cybersecurity Management

Consider approval of Resolution 2022-212R, approving a Participation Agreement with the City of San Antonio, CPS Energy and other agencies providing for training, coordination, monitoring and related activities regarding cybersecurity threats through Alamo Regional Security Operation Center; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

Is this training only or will we be participating with any of our files stored in a new location with this group?

The Interlocal Agreement with Alamo Regional Security Operation Center allows the City's staff access to their training, professional resources, monitoring tools, and state and federal organizations. The agreement does not allow the City to store files.
