Consider approval of Resolution 2022-59R, approving an agreement with ClearGov Inc., for the purchase of Financial Data Transparency Software for an initial term of two years with three optional extension years in the estimated amount of $15,100 for the first year and $12,100 each subsequent year for a total contract price of $63,500.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

Attached is a better version of the evaluation matrix by criteria.

The City has a contract with OpenGov to provide financial transparency data since 2016. This agreement officially ended December 14, 2021. Services provided by OpenGov are on a month-to-month basis until a new agreement is executed and implemented.
