Consider approval of Resolution 2021-137R, approving an agreement with Francis R. & Linda M. Horne providing for the City to purchase an approximately 1,979 square foot portion of 1008, 1010 & 1014 Academy St for a price of $67,601.00, together with associated closing costs, in connection with the Sessom/Academy Drainage and Infrastructure Improvements project; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said agreement; and declaring an effective date.
