Consider approval of Resolution 2021-105R, approving a third amended and restated Interconnection Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority Transmission Services Corporation (“LCRA TSC”) to update the facility schedules that outline the use and ownership of, and responsibilities for, various appurtenances and components for the Hilltop, Strahan, Ranch Road 12, Rattler, Redwood, and San Marcos Substations; authorizing the City Manager or his designee, to execute said amendment; and declaring an effective date.
