Consider approval of Resolution 2023-17R, approving the purchase of a public utility easement across approximately 0.265 acres of land located at 230 Ramsay for a price of $115,000.00 plus associated closing costs; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to purchase and accept said agreement and execute associated closing documents; and declaring an effective date.
