Consider approval of Resolution 2022-90R, authorizing a Change in Service to the interlocal agreement with Lower Colorado River Authority relating to trunked radio services for the Police Department Renovation Project and increase the contract price by $95,043.72; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
