Consider approval of Resolution 2022-143R, authorizing a Change in Service to the agreement with Visit San Antonio to extend the agreement for a one year term in the amount of $30,000.00 for the creation and monitoring of a digital advertising campaign to promote tourism in the City and authorizing three additional annual renewals; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

Where in the MOU is the price stated?
I see "This agreement requires $15,000 to be paid by San Marcos Convention & Visitors Bureau to Visit San Antonio within 30 days of receipt of invoice from Visit San Antonio." but no total amount.

The Authorization for Change in Service (ACIS) and incorporated proposals stipulate an amount of $15,000 for Holiday Marketing and $15,000 for Summer Marketing. The total amount as stated on the ACIS is $30,000.

There are two campaigns – Summer and Holiday.
The support material included in the packet is for the two agreements of $15,000 each.

Summer 2022 July 1 – August 31 $15,000
Holiday 2022 November 1 – December 31 $15,000

TOTAL of 2022 Campaigns $30,000

An invoice will be sent at the beginning of the Holiday Campaign planning on or around September 1.
