Consider approval of Resolution 2022-91R, awarding Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for concrete construction services to Partners Remodeling Restoration & Waterproofing in a not to exceed amount of $500,000.00 and Myers Concrete Construction in a not to exceed amount of $300,000.00 on an as needed basis; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contracts on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
