Consider approval of Resolution 2022-195R, approving Change in Service No. 3 to agreement with SmartForce Technologies Inc., for a necessary public safety procurement for the renewal of a Criminal Justice Information Sharing Platform for the Police Department in the estimated annual amount of $22,500.00 for a total contract price of $72,500.00; authorizing two optional one-year renewals; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the Change in Service agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
