Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Resolution 2021-244R, approving a Development Agreement with Casata San Marcos,
LLC to provide for the annexation and to regulate the future development of approximately 31.79 acres of land in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction located at 2138 and 2390 Post Road; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the agreement of behalf of the City; and providing an effective date; and consider approval or Resolution 2021-244R.

On the page with Proposed Amendments, I see "The proposed building type is not defined by code."
I find Tiny Home in the Land Use Matrix, with Single Family Detached and with Mobile Home Park. Ir's defined in Section 5.1.4.2 and 5.1.4.11. Article 6 has a whole section on it.
I see the agreement is using "Micro Home" - what is the difference in a Tiny Home and a Micro Home?

When will we amend the code to include this definition?

Page 4 - architectural styles has "Cape Code" - should that be "Cape Cod?"

I see the agreement is using "Micro Home" - what is the difference in a Tiny Home and a Micro Home? As far as Code is concerned, there is no difference. The applicant’s preference was to use the term Micro Home in the agreement, however during plan review Tiny Home standards will apply.

When will we amend the code to include this definition? Staff does not plan to include any new definitions in Code.
